- When fries are done, remove from heat and sprinkle with Rosemary.
- When beef patties are done, top with Bleu cheese and cook until it melts.
- Dress burger as shown below. Bottom bun, carmalized onions, beef patty, Bleu cheese, arugula, top bun. Serve with fries.
